Hesap ve Veri Silme
Yöntem 1 — Uygulama içinden (önerilen, anında)
Halekin uygulamasını açın → Ayarlar → Tehlikeli Bölge:
- "Tüm verilerimi sil" — hatırlatıcılarınızı, kişilerinizi ve check-in geçmişinizi cihazdan ve buluttan siler, hesabınız kalır.
- "Hesabımı sil" — yukarıdakine ek olarak Google/Apple hesap bağlantınızı ve hesabınızın kendisini de kalıcı olarak siler. Bu işlem anında gerçekleşir ve geri alınamaz.
Yöntem 2 — Uygulamayı silmiş olsanız bile
Uygulamayı artık kullanmıyor veya cihazınızda yoksa, hesabınızın ve verilerinizin silinmesini e-posta ile talep edebilirsiniz. Talebiniz, hesabınızı doğruladıktan sonra 30 gün içinde işleme alınır ve size onay e-postası gönderilir.

E-posta doğrudan açılmazsa: privacy@stmatrix.com.tr adresine, hesabınıza kayıtlı e-postayı belirterek yazabilirsiniz.
Ne silinir?
- Hatırlatıcılarınız ve saatleri
- Güvenilir kişi listeniz (ad, telefon, tercih edilen dil)
- Check-in ("İyiyim") geçmişiniz
- Firebase/Google veya Apple hesap bağlantınız (yalnızca "Hesabımı sil" ile)
Not: Aktif bir aboneliğiniz varsa, hesap silme aboneliği otomatik iptal etmez — App Store veya Google Play üzerinden ayrıca iptal etmeniz gerekir.

Account and Data Deletion
Method 1 — From within the app (recommended, instant)
Open Halekin → Settings → Danger Zone:
- "Delete all my data" — erases your reminders, contacts, and check-in history from your device and the cloud; your account remains.
- "Delete My Account" — does everything above, plus permanently removes your Google/Apple account link and the account itself. This happens immediately and cannot be undone.
Method 2 — Even if you've uninstalled the app
If you no longer use or have the app installed, you can request deletion of your account and data by email. Your request is processed within 30 days after we verify your account, and you'll receive a confirmation email.

If the email link doesn't open: write to privacy@stmatrix.com.tr and include the email address registered to your account.
What gets deleted?
- Your reminders and their times
- Your trusted contacts (name, phone, preferred language)
- Your check-in ("I'm Fine") history
- Your Firebase/Google or Apple account link (only with "Delete My Account")
Note: If you have an active subscription, account deletion does not automatically cancel it — cancel separately via the App Store or Google Play.
